School In The Pool is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Sales Representative to join our team. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our swimming packages, building strong client relationships, ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of our facility, coordinating with instructors, scheduling and booking classes, and providing exceptional customer service.

**Responsibilities**:

- Sales and Promotion: Actively promote and sell swimming packages to prospective customers. Utilize effective sales techniques to generate leads, close deals, and achieve sales targets.
- Building Client Rapport: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their needs, providing personalized recommendations, and addressing any concerns or queries they may have.
- Facility Maintenance: Perform basic cleaning and maintenance tasks to ensure a clean and safe environment for customers. This includes monitoring and reporting any equipment malfunctions or damages.
- Collaboration with Instructors: Collaborate with swimming instructors to understand their availability, class requirements, and communicate schedule changes or updates. Coordinate effectively to meet the needs of both instructors and customers.
- Scheduling and Booking: Manage the scheduling and booking of swimming classes based on customer preferences and availability. Ensure accurate and efficient scheduling while optimizing pool resources.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrate the ability to identify and address customer concerns, conflicts, or issues effectively. Offer appropriate solutions and escalate complex problems to the relevant department, if necessary.
- Independent Work: Be self-motivated and capable of working independently to achieve sales targets and complete assigned tasks efficiently. Take initiative in identifying opportunities for improvement and contributing to the overall success of the organization.

**Requirements**:

- Previous Sales Experience: Proven track record in sales, preferably in the service industry. Experience with consultative selling and achieving sales targets is highly desirable.
- Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with clients, instructors, and colleagues effectively. Ability to actively listen, understand customer needs, and convey information clearly and professionally.
- Customer Service Orientation: A strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service. Ability to handle customer inquiries, complaints, and difficult situations with patience, empathy, and professionalism.
- Organizational and Time Management Skills: Strong organizational skills to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritize responsibilities, and meet deadlines efficiently. Ability to manage time effectively to balance sales activities, administrative tasks, and customer support.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Basic problem-solving abilities to address customer concerns, resolve conflicts, and identify opportunities for improvement. Willingness to take ownership of issues and find suitable solutions.
- Flexibility: Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate customer needs and ensure smooth operations.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 15-20 per week

**Salary**: $16.00-$18.00 per hour
