- Le CIUSSS de l’Ouest-de-l’Île-de-Montréal est présentement à la recherche d’un(e) Conseiller(ère) en bâtiment pour combler un poste permanent à temps complet en gestion de projets d'allocations d'espaces au sein de la Direction des services techniques.
- Le CIUSSS de l’Ouest-de-l’Île-de-Montréal est l’établissement responsable de l’administration et de la gestion de toutes les installations de soins de santé et de services sociaux sur un territoire couvrant plus du tiers de l’Île de Montréal. Nous comptons plus de 75 points de service et près de 14 000 employés. Les projets auxquels le/la Conseiller(ère) en bâtiment sera appelé(e) à prendre part sont de nature complexe et stratégique et nécessitent l’implication de plusieurs partenaires (dont le Ministère de la Santé et des Services sociaux - MSSS). Ils sont réalisés dans un contexte où le maintien des services à la population doit être assuré.
- Le port d'attache (bureau) de l'employé(e) est situé à l'hôpital Ste-Anne, à Sainte-Anne de Bellevue.
- Dans le cadre de ses fonctions, le/la conseiller(ère) en bâtiment:
- Dirige des projets d'allocations d'espaces, de rénovation et de construction
- Rencontre le client afin d'établir les besoins et élabore le programme fonctionnel et techniques, détermine la portée et les coûts des travaux selon l'ampleur du projet.
- S'assure que les professionnels, consultants et partenaires privés répondent adéquatement aux exigences demandées.
- Élabore, documente et prépare les différents rapports et études techniques qui lui sont demandés en collaboration avec les professionnels à l’interne ou consultants externes si requis.
- Prépare la planification du travail pour pour divers travaux mineurs dans le cadre de la gestion des modifications de l'Entente PPP et prépare des plans et devis pour tous types de travaux.
- Exerce une surveillance continue des travaux de construction et s'assure que les travaux soient conformes aux plans, devis, aux normes applicables et à l'Entente de partenariat.
- Analyse les demandes de changement, vérifie la recommandation de coût et donne son accord avant transmission à l'entrepreneur.
- Supervision d’une équipe de cinq (5) personnes (avec prime de supervision)
- Requirements :- Doit détenir un baccalauréat en génie ou en architecture*;
- Est membre de l'Ordre des architectes du Québec ou l'Ordre des ingénieurs du Québec (un atout);
Qualités personnelles et professionnelles:
- Avoir de l’expérience dans le domaine de l’architecture;
- Avoir de l’expérience en planification et attribution des espaces immobiliers, offrant des locaux dont la localisation, la disponibilité, la qualité et les coûts répondent aux attentes, tout en assurant une occupation optimale du parc immobilier du COMTL;
- Connaissance approfondie notamment de la réglementation et directives concernant la gestion et attribution des espaces dans le réseau de la santé;
- Service à la clientèle hors pair, dans un environnement où la demande dépasse l’offre des espaces disponible au CIUSSS ODIM;
- Faire preuve de Leadership pour diriger des projets d'allocations d'espaces de rénovation construction;
- Habileté en intervention auprès d'équipe multidisciplinaire;
- Capacité à travailler dans l'ambiguïté;
- Maîtrise les outils informatiques et bureautiques;
- Aisance en communication orale et écrite;
- Mode de travail hybride (en présentiel 2-3 jours par semaine).
