**Our structure**

Nectari has, among its 60 employees, different teams that collaborate closely daily.

The Phoenix team is in charge of product evolution, developing new features to meet the needs of our users by constantly adding more value. Collaborating with the business teams ensures that it understands the functional requirements and designs a robust solution by delivering quality code.

The Prometheus team is responsible for the modernization of the solution; its role is to focus on issues related to the architecture of the solution, the migration to new frameworks or the implementation of new tools to allow the implementation of best practices capable of facilitating the evolution and maintenance of the solution.

**Your role as an ETL Business analyst**

Reporting to the Director of BI Professional Services, you will be responsible for analyzing and understanding the business needs and underlying data structure of various ERP systems to produce optimized models for each system. You will be responsible for developing new ETLs and data models for various ERPs as well as maintaining and optimizing existing models.

**You will**:

- Develop an understanding of the underlying ERP data models;
- Design, develop and maintain ETLs to extract, transform and load data into existing data warehouses;
- Research industry standards in reporting, business intelligence as well as multiple business domains;
- Develop and maintain reporting models and business processes;
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of data;
- Develop and maintain ETL models and documentation;
- Configure and maintain new ERP development environments (on premises and in the
- cloud).

**Skills and experience required**:

- Strong skills in data governance, data modeling, technical communication, quality control and deep data analysis;
- Good knowledge of SQL and ETL tools;
- Experience with SQL Server and/or Oracle databases;
- Ability to understand various conceptual data models;
- Creative, independent, motivated and critical thinker;
- Strong analytical and organizational skills with a strong attention to detail;
- Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously;
- Ability to communicate well with others;
- Ability to integrate and work well in a team;
- Bilingual (English and French);
- Knowledge of ERP systems (Sage, Acumatica, MS Dynamics, etc.) is an asset.
