- You will champion the Oxford curriculum, manage and ensure the quality of education standards and teaching staff.
- You will communicate with parents to keep them informed on program progress and alter program prescriptions to best suit the student.
- You will administer Oxford Dynamic Assessments.
- You will customize goal-based programs for Oxford Students and monitor programs for performance, establish relationships and communications with student's school teachers for insights on progress at school.
- Strong English language written and oral communication skills.
- Professionalism, creative and eager to learn.
- Experience working with children is preferred but not required.
- Flexibility in scheduling.
- Bachelor of Education/Arts/Science/Commerce.
- A passion for education.
- A strong sense of business expenses, revenue generation, marketing etc.
- The ability to remain organized and multi-task, as well as the capacity to learn on the go in a fast-paced environment.
- A willingness to work in a team environment and motivate others.
- A familiarity with a wide spectrum of teaching strategies aimed at different types of learners.
- The ability to critically assess and solve problems.
- Experience with children in a teaching or tutoring environment.
- Previous experience at an Oxford Learning Centre is an asset, but _not required._
- Assisting the Education Director with the Centre's daily operations.
- Should be capable of running centre in absence of Centre/Education Directors.
- Bilingual (English and French) preferred.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 30-36 per week

**Salary**: From $17.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

We are an in-center tutoring service and are following the cleaning, social distancing and safety protocols advised by The Ministry of Health.

**Education**:

- Bachelor's Degree (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Tutoring: 1 year (preferred)
- Administrative: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
