We have an opening for a full time Customer Service Coordinator based out of our office in Richmond, BC. This role will report to the Operations Supervisor and work very closely with our other Customer Service Coordinator as well as with the Sales, Warehouse and Driving teams.
- POSITION: CUSTOMER SERVICE COORDINATOR
- SCHEDULE: MONDAY - FRIDAY
- HOURS: 7AM - 3PM
- WAGE: $20.00 - $23.00 (depending on experience level)
- START DATE: ASAP

**KEY RESPONSIBILTIES**:

- Act as a liaison between our customers & sales team and warehouse & delivery teams.
- Provide a high level of customer service to both external and internal customers.
- Coordinate the entry and release of orders to the warehouse.
- Assign orders to the appropriate delivery route.
- Answer and direct calls as needed.
- Coordinate special orders and planned pre-booked orders.
- Investigate and respond to customer service issues.
- Display a high level of organization and professionalism.
- Various administrative tasks as required.

**KEY REQUIREMENTS**:

- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- High school diploma with some post-secondary preferred.
- Prioritize work flow to ensure deadlines are met in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
- Work effectively as part of a team.
- Must have strong problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in MS Office.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $20.00-$23.00 per hour
