**Position Description**:
**Here’s What You’ll Get To Do**:

- Coordinate and share responsibility with the Program Manager for all aspects of the research studies.
- Oversight of data acquisition to assure completeness and accuracy of documentation and data, facilitate use of the protocol as well as maintain quality assurance
- Responsible for all participating sites staff training and support
- Development of study documents as required.
- Participate in audits, site visits, site training and monitoring by SickKids and other regulatory bodies.
- Provide remote support and training for adverse event recognition
- Adherence to regulations and policies governing clinical research and communication to staff and research team members (e.g., Tri-council Policy Statement, ICH Guidelines, Good Clinical Practices, and the FDA).
- The CRC will ensure that studies are conducted with Good Clinical Practice Guidelines and REB and Research Institute policies and procedures.

**Here’s What You’ll Need**:
**Essential Requirements**
- Baccalaureate degree in a related discipline and have a sound knowledge of medical terminology.
- Minimum two years of experience in clinical research
- Excellent organizational, flexible hours and analytic skills.
- Excellent communicator and have demonstrated the ability to utilize your critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Advanced computer skills.
- Self-motivated, self-directed, and able to work independently and within a team.

**Assets**
- Experience in recruitment in a pediatric environment.
- Experience in the coordination of multi-centre study
- Certification as a Clinical Research Professional (CCRP)

**Employment Type**:

- 35-hour work week
- Temporary Full-Time (one-year contract - with opportunity for renewal)
