**Customer Support Representative - 12 month contract**

Big Blue Bubble is looking for a **Customer Support Representative** to join our Quality Services team. If you have a passion for the video game industry and are invested in creating and transforming positive experiences for our customers, then we would like to talk with you.
**In this position, these are the things you will be responsible for**:
- Staying up to date with new game/content releases to provide expert knowledge and assistance to our players.
- Trafficking each ticket with customer information, issue and actions taken and liaising directly with programmers to coordinate solutions and testing.
- Processing refunds with speed and precision.
- Monitoring external communication channels for player issues (Discord, Reddit, Twitter, App Store reviews).
**To be an effective team member, you will have**:
- Secondary school diploma. Video Game Design and Development degree/diploma, preferred.
- Outstanding written communication skills.
- Excellent computer skills and knowledge of Google Suite and Atlassian products.
- Excellent problem solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to research and find suitable answers on any topic.
- Well-organized and detail-oriented.
- Provide back-up support to the Quality Assurance team during peak game testing times by executing test plans and creating detailed written bug reports in JIRA.
**You also have the following attributes and skills**:
- Passion for video games.
- Experience playing games across a wide variety of genres and platforms.
- Native knowledge of any of the following second languages (Russian, Spanish, Portuguese, Italian, German, French, Turkish, Japanese) would be a tremendous asset.
