**The Opportunity**:
Are you passionate about auto body repair and possess a keen eye for detail? We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated Production Manager to join our team at Bruce Collision CSN in Middleton. As a Production Manager, you will play a crucial role in our automotive repair process by accurately assessing the damage to vehicles and providing comprehensive repair estimates, while also managing the production flow for maximum efficiency. Your expertise will help us maintain our high standards of customer satisfaction and ensure that each vehicle is restored to its pre-accident condition efficiently and effectively.

**Responsibilities**:

- Inspect damaged vehicles and identify the full extent of required repairs
- Work closely with customers and insurance adjusters to assess the damage and provide accurate estimates
- Prepare detailed repair estimates, including parts, labour, and other necessary costs
- Maintain accurate records of repair assessments, estimates, and work orders
- Assign repair orders and allocate hours to technicians
- Oversee production processes and flow for maximum efficiency
- Ensure repair quality standards are met, as well as OH&S regulations are upheld
- Provide leadership to production staff
- Keep up-to-date with automotive repair technologies and industry trends

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Collision Estimator or similar role in the automotive industry
- In-depth knowledge of collision repair processes, parts, and labour costs
- Strong understanding of vehicle systems and mechanics
- Proficient in using collision estimating software
- Willingness to lead a team and provide regular guidance and coaching
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented and able to accurately assess vehicle damage
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Certification or formal training in collision repair estimation is a plus

**Salary**: $55,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
