Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Chinese Cook to join our team. As a Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking meals in a fast-paced kitchen environment. Your role is crucial in ensuring that our customers receive high-quality, delicious food.
**Duties**:
- Prepare and cook meals according to recipes and customer preferences
- Ensure that all food is prepared in a safe and sanitary manner
- Follow proper food handling and safety procedures
- Monitor food stock levels and place orders as needed
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operation of the kitchen
- Assist with cleaning and maintaining the kitchen area
- Adhere to all food safety regulations and guidelines
**Skills**:
- Proven experience as a Cook in the food industry
- Strong knowledge of meal preparation techniques and culinary terminology
- Excellent understanding of food handling and safety procedures
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with kitchen staff
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
