**Description**:
**General Responsibilities**:

- Providing excellent customer service
- Forwarding and connecting incoming calls
- Case preparation
- Case progress tracking and coordination
- Receives and enters cases in Labnet system
- Invoicing
- Scheduling patient appointments
- Coordinate delivery of cases

**Qualifications**:

- **Bilingual - French and English**:

- Dental background highly desirable
- 2 years’ experience in logistics role in a fast-paced environment
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Customer experience focused approach to problem solving
- Strong communication skills
- Excellent time management skills; acts skillfully with a sense of urgency
- Experience working with Microsoft Office Suite of Products
- ERP software experience and knowledge
- Aptitude for learning technical information

**Description**:
L'assistant administratif est responsable de l’enregistrement des commandes de cas dans le système ERP (Labnet) avec un haut niveau de précision. Gère et planifie la production de cas en veillant à ce que les calendriers et les échéanciers soient respectés. Toutes les tâches liées à l'expédition et à la réception. Établi et gère les relations avec les clients; offre une excellente expérience a la clientèle par téléphone, en personne et par courrier électronique. Assure la liaison avec le superviseur des services de laboratoire pour d'autres tâches de bureau liées à la chaîne d'approvisionnement et aux opérations, y compris, mais sans s'y limiter, le traitement des factures.

**Responsabilités Principales**:

- Offre un excellent service à la clientèle
- Répond aux appels et aux courriels des clients
- Renvoi et connexion des appels entrants
- Gère les cueillettes et les livraisons des cas de laboratoire
- Vérifie les cas de laboratoire avant l’emballage
- Emballe et déballe les cas de laboratoire
- Enregistre les cas de laboratoire dans le système LabNet
- Effectue la facturation
- Gère les rendez-vous pour choix de couleur

**Qualifications**:

- Bilinguisme - Français Anglais
- Expérience dentaire hautement souhaitable
- 2 ans d'expérience dans un rôle de logistique
- Porte une attention particulière aux détails et à la précision dans son travail
- Une approche client et un service à la clientèle irréprochable
- Excellentes compétences en communication verbale et écrite
- Excellente compétence en gestion du temps; agit habilement avec un sentiment d'urgence
- Compétences avancées en Microsoft Office
- Expérience et connaissance des logiciels ERP
- Aptitude à apprendre des informations techniques
