Reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager, Sportsnet, you will play a critical role in supporting the marketing strategy, brand planing, marketing operations and execution for Canada’s leading sports media brand.

This position will play a key role in driving the successful growth and consumption of the Sportsnet brand and leading key programming properties on the network. Working with a highly cross-functional team, this role will collaborate with the Creative, Content, Editorial, PR, Digital, Sales and Production teams to ensure continued growth and success of this highly important portfolio. You are a team player that adds value and will enable the business to: i) serve the needs of Canadian sports fans, ii) reach and exceed financial goals and iii) build the Sportsnet brand by driving audiences and maximizing efficiency across all marketing channels.

**What you will be doing....**
- Develop and execute annual marketing plans for select properties within the Marketing portfolio
- Oversee the daily delivery of all episodics, audio, social and digital assets
- Manage the day-to-day worklist requirements for all properties within the portfolio
- Strategically plan in-game promo priorities and execute weekly audits of live broadcasts
- Manage Affiliate & Network marketing requests, creative delivery and approvals
- Team up with the internal Traffic department to deliver a flawless on-air presentation
- Collaborate with colleagues to contribute new ideas to the business, improve upon the status-quo and deliver innovative marketing solutions

**What you will bring...**
- 2-4 years experience in Marketing
- Work experience in the fields of broadcast or sports marketing
- Strategic thinker, highly organized and able to function in a fast paced working environment
- Proven experience navigating complex organizational structures and cultivating relationships
- You are a sports fan that understands the thrill of cheering on your favourite teams
