**Annual Salary Range : $100,000-$130,000**

**What you will be doing**:
**What you bring**:

- Data-driven, responsible to establish and share KPI’s
- Experience and proven track record in launching and scaling Transportation Management Systems (TMS) TMS
- Excellent leadership, problem solving and organizational skills to effectively spearhead new initiatives
- Working knowledge of SAP required
- Hands-on Customs and CT-PAT experience (international freight a plus)
- University degree with a minimum of 7 years Transportation (Dry Van, Intermodal) experience
- Relevant designation in logistics, supply chain, and/or transportation (CITT, CPIM or PMAC) is an asset
- Proficient in MS Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Outlook)
- Well connected with 3PL transportation network
- Strong communicator that excels in high volume, fast paced environment
- A hands-on leader ready to jump in and learn the ROCKWOOL way
