The Product Associate Specialty Cheese will be responsible for performing various tasks related to the management of a product portfolio and will coordinate and execute various projects related to the development, maintenance and performance of products as well as market launches.

HOW YOU WILL MAKE CONTRIBUTIONS THAT MATTER:

- Coordinate a wide range of product-related projects with cross functional teams (Sales, Technical Services, Quality Assurance, Procurement, Operations, Logistics, etc.) across our national and US sites
- Participate in the process of developing and launching new products
- Assist in analysing and drawing meaningful insights to enable decision making
- Help to manage the entry and maintenance of product-related data in internal as well as external database systems
- Work closely with the Marketing team to ensure that product objectives are translated into Marketing initiatives
- Prepare various presentations and other communications targeting internal and external stakeholders
- Support strategic initiatives as needed, such as gathering requirements, business cases, analysis, and presentations
- Order, prepare and distribute product samples as required
- Perform other related duties as assigned.

YOU ARE BEST SUITED FOR THE ROLE IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING QUALIFICATIONS:

- University degree in administration/management or a related field (graduate degree is an asset)
- 1 to 2 years experience in project management, product development or category analysis/management
- Experience in the food and/or consumer products sector (an asset)
- Bilingualism (French and English) spoken and written is essential as teams are located across Canada and the United States
- Excellent problem-solving skills and sense of initiative
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel
- Ability to build relationships and work effectively across cross-functional groups
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to manage priorities and multiple projects at one time while meeting deadlines
