DESCRIPTION:
The Marketing Coordinator, Construction primarily supports the Construction teams at Broccolini. In this role, you will spend time in the field (on-site) learning the ins-and-outs of how various types of Construction projects operate and will look for ways to elevate the Broccolini brand on-site and the overall experience of everyone interacting with the project. Common tasks include building construction logistics plans, designing and procuring signage, representing schedules visually (2D), building various documents to support the field and construction teams, coordinating videography and photography, building org charts, and supporting the development of RFPs.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Report to the Marketing & Creative Director
- Work with field teams to support the development of construction logistics plans
- Work with project teams to build schedule presentations visually
- Assist in the planning and development of site trailers, offices, and other internal facilities
- Maintain all signage on sites including design and procurement - everything from small wayfinding signage to large scale billboards. Ensure standards are consistent across all sites and the Broccolini brand is presented well.
- General photography of site progress, helping to build a database of internal stock imagery; support the hiring of external photographers
- Work with cinematographers and/or drone operators to capture site progress via video
- Work with field operations and health and safety teams to build various documents including policies, presentations, flow charts, and other documents requiring a creative touch
- Assist other members of the creative team in completing general graphic design related tasks
- General administrative tasks related to the above including researching vendors, obtaining quotes, issuing purchase orders/contracts, processing invoices, keeping files organized, etc.

We are looking for someone who:

- Has a creative edge and can think outside of the box
- Has excellent Photography skills to capture the progress of our projects
- Is very organized and has strong attention to detail
- Has the ability to read and understand construction drawings
- Has good spatial development skills and consideration of general layouts
- Possess strong problem-solving skills

Qualifications:

- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite: Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop
- Post Secondary Education or min 2/3 years experience in a construction related field AND/OR creative field
- Experience or education in graphic design, architectural photography, construction and/or architectural drawings
- Must have a G drivers license and a vehicle as this individual will be expected to travel to Broccolini jobsites across the GTA (mileage will be reimbursed)
