**Job Overview**: We are seeking a motivated, strategic sales professional to join our team. This role involves cultivating relationships, assessing client needs, and delivering customized fencing solutions for residential customers. You will have the opportunity to drive business growth through innovative sales strategies and brand representation.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Systematically identify and establish connections with prospective clients through strategic networking, referral cultivation, and precisely targeted outreach initiatives, while benefiting from the majority of leads provided by our team.
- Conduct detailed consultations to evaluate client requirements and recommend tailored fencing solutions.
- Prepare and deliver professional sales proposals that align with client-specific needs.
- Build and maintain lasting customer relationships through superior service and follow-up.
- Stay informed about our products, market trends, and competitors to provide insightful recommendations.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution.
- Consistently achieve or exceed sales targets, including weekly, monthly, and quarterly goals.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven success in sales, with experience in fencing or construction sectors preferred.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a strong drive for achievement.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Familiarity with CRM software and related tools.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
