- driving paid leads through various digital advertising channels - Google, Microsoft, Facebook, Instagram, Reddit, etc;
- setting up robust marketing analytics to facilitate A/B testing with marketing tools and HubSpot;
- working with review platforms, such as Capterra, G2, TrustPilot, and others;
- setting Google Analytic events and visual reports to present relevant data and results;
- experimenting with other digital marketing activities to increase the number of leads acquired;
- working in close collaboration with SEO and other marketing activities

**Requirements**:

- B2 English language level or higher.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on paid media and lead generation.
- Strong understanding of marketing analytics tools and methodologies.
- Proven track record of managing successful paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and social media platforms.
- Strong proficiency in marketing analytics, including setting up Google Analytics events, creating custom reports, and interpreting data insights.
- Experience with Google Tag Manager.
- Experience with HubSpot and HubSpot analytics and reporting tools.
- Experience with Looker Studio or similar business intelligence tools preferred.
- Proficient in Excel for data analysis and reporting purposes.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
- Results-driven mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and innovation.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute digital advertising strategies to increase paid leads by x2, leveraging platforms such as Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and social media paid ads.
- Set up new Google Ads campaigns from scratch.
- Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns to ensure maximum ROI and lead generation efficiency.
- Keep track of key marketing metrics (website traffic, leads number from all channels, etc) on a weekly basis.
- Implement advanced tracking mechanisms, including Google Analytics events, to capture relevant data for analysis.
- Utilize marketing analytics to derive insights, identify opportunities, and inform strategic decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and execute A/B tests and other experiments aimed at improving marketing performance.
- Create custom reports based on data collected from various sources, including Google Analytics, Looker Studio, and internal databases.
- Keep iGMS listings on Capterra, G2, TrustPilot updated and relevant to the market, perform quarterly analysis on the positions and performance.
- Be in communication with reviewers and process incentives for positive reviews;
- Analyze campaign performance metrics, identify trends, and provide actionable recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in digital marketing and analytics.
