**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct cold calling to generate leads and schedule appointments with potential car buyers
- Assist customers in selecting the right vehicle based on their needs and preferences
- Provide detailed information about car features, specifications, and pricing
- Conduct test drives and accompany customers during the process
- Negotiate pricing and terms of sale to reach a mutually beneficial agreement
- Complete all necessary paperwork and documentation for the sales process
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet monthly sales targets
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of current market trends and competitor inventory
- Ensure proper inventory control by managing vehicle availability and updating records
- Meet or exceed all goals set by the company or supervisor for a given period of time
- Build rapport with customers
- Identify clients' needs through interviewing
- Offer alternative options to customers based on information gathered
- Maintain relationships with current customers
- Maintain relationships with the current dealership

**Requirements**:

- Strong organizational skills to manage leads, appointments, and paperwork effectively
- Excellent math skills for calculating pricing, financing options, and discounts accurately
- Proven experience in retail sales or customer service roles preferred
- Ability to build rapport with customers and provide exceptional customer service
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Knowledge of automotive industry trends, models, and features is a plus
