**Key Job Responsibilities**:

- Assist Accounting Department with bookkeeping tasks, such as data upload, preparing accounting reports, reconciling accounts, as well as other special projects and corporate initiatives on an ongoing basis
- Validate and release business expenses coded and approved by employees and managers on Certify Platform we use for travel management and reimbursement
- Support both Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable groups, from providing the required legal and business documentation to setup new accounts or enrolling the company in various third parties and government online services to processing invoices in the system.
- Oversee all leases on company’s offices and the communication with Cushman & Wakefield, the third party that manages payments, renewals and reporting for these facilities
- Manage the Corporate Credit Cards for employees and the Amex Corporate cards for travel
- In charge of reporting and maintaining the company’s trucks master data on Foss National Leasing platform, the third party we use for fleet management services
- Coordinate the insurance programs through our Corporate Head Office Insurance and Risk Department

**Job Qualifications**
- DEC in Accounting and/or Administration or equivalent College/Undergraduate Certificates
- Experience of at least 3 years in Accounting and/or Administration
- Advanced Microsoft skills and data management is a must
- Good understanding of general accounting as well as aptness to maintain and manage diverse corporate master data
- Must be very organized and detail oriented, with strong problem-solving skills
- Effective verbal and written communication skills (fluent in English, working knowledge of French)
- Ability to prioritize work and meet assigned deadlines while performing with mínimal supervision

**Principales responsabilités**:

- Assister le département de la comptabilité dans les tâches de comptabilité, telles que le chargement des données, la préparation des rapports comptables, le rapprochement des comptes, ainsi que d'autres projets spéciaux et initiatives de l'entreprise sur une base continue.
- Valider et libérer les dépenses professionnelles codées et approuvées par les employés et les responsables sur la plate-forme Certify que nous utilisons pour la gestion et le remboursement des déplacements professionnels.
- Apporter du soutien aux groupes de comptes payables et recevables, en fournissant les documents juridiques et commerciaux nécessaires à l'ouverture de nouveaux comptes, ou en inscrivant l'entreprise à divers services gouvernementaux en ligne et de tierces parties, en saisissant les données et en les compensant, le cas échéant.
- Superviser tous les baux des bureaux de la société ainsi que la communication avec Cushman & Wakefield, la tierce partie qui gère les paiements, les renouvellements et les rapports pour ces installations.
- Gérer les cartes de crédit de l'entreprise pour les employés et les cartes d'entreprise Amex pour les déplacements professionnels.
- Être responsable des rapports et de la mise à jour des données de base des camions de l'entreprise sur la plate-forme Foss National Leasing, le tiers auquel nous faisons appel pour les services de gestion de flotte.
- Coordonner les programmes d'assurance par l'intermédiaire du département des assurances et des risques de notre siège social.

**Qualifications requises**
- DEC en comptabilité et/ou administration ou certificats d'études collégiales/universitaires équivalents
- Expérience d'au moins 3 ans en comptabilité et/ou administration
- Des compétences avancées en matière de Microsoft et de gestion de données sont indispensables.
- Bonne compréhension de la comptabilité générale et aptitude à maintenir et à gérer diverses données de base de l'entreprise.
- Vous devez être très organisé(e), avoir le souci du détail et posséder de solides compétences en résolution de problèmes.
- Aptitudes à communiquer efficacement à l'oral et à l'écrit (maîtrise de l'anglais, connaissance pratique du français).
- Capacité à prioriser le travail et à respecter les délais impartis tout en travaillant avec un minimum de supervision.
