CTS Production Equipment is a rental company supplying film and television productions in Ontario with all their equipment needs. We are located in Mount Forest and are looking to grow our team with a 310T Certified Service Manager to help us keep a top-notch fleet.

**Key Responsibilities include**:

- Detect, diagnose and repair operational difficulties in heavy duty diesel trucks, trailers and equipment.
- Perform preventative maintenance on a fleet of 100+ units.
- Complete reports, work orders, order parts and perform administrative duties as required
- Plan and Schedule repairs and maintenance using shop software
- Utilize a variety of power and hand tools and equipment
- Ensure safe working conditions and compliance with all safety regulations
- Collaborate with Team Member to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of repairs
- Keep accurate and organized records of all maintenance and repair work performed on vehicles
- Source appropriate replacement parts and materials while remaining within budget
- Planning and budgeting for upcoming maintenance and repairs.

**Qualifications**:

- 310T Certified Mechanic
- Proven experience in the industry, preferably 10+ years
- Extensive diagnostic knowledge
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate
- Ability to read and interpret schematics and technical manuals
- Ability to perform heavy lifting
- Understanding of Emission controls and safety requirements
- Valid Driver’s License
