We’re looking for an exceptional Sales Service Representative with excellent administration and organizational skills to support a team of Commercial Insurance Sales Agents by processing internal tasks.

The most important characteristics of our best Sales Service Representative are that they are organized, detail orientated, able to multi-task and possess exceptional attention to detail.

**You’re great at**:

- Customer Service & Communication
- Handling high-volumes of requests in a timely and accurate manner
- Assisting your Commercial Insurance Sales Agents

**You have**:

- Post-Secondary education (College or University)
- 2 years of front-line Customer Service experience
- Exceptional communication skills
- Team-first mentality
