Integrity Roofers is a licensed, certified and insured roofing company serving residential and commercial property owners in Toronto and the GTA. Grounded in our ethics and principles as people and as a company, we provide roofing services that are professionally executed and fairly priced.
**Responsibilities**:
- Oversee all aspects of the day-to-day operations
- Manage and train employees
- Direct daily operations as needed
- Ensure that all estimates and orders are completed on time and as planned
- Oversee the hiring process, training, and performance review process for employees
- Manage and improve our team's performance, including on-the-job training, etc.
- Ensure adherance to all health & safery requirements to protect against any workplace accidents or legislative violations, etc.
- Work with the sales team to ensure that orders are fulfilled quickly and accurately
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in logistics or business preferred but not required.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in management of a business with a strong focus on driving results. A background in logistics is preferred but not required.
- Ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve results.
