**Restaurant Manager**

Lena's Roti and Doubles 3 is a fast-casual restaurant with a casual, fun, and friendly atmosphere. We are looking for a Restaurant Manager to lead all aspects of our business. You will deliver a high-quality menu and motivate our staff to provide excellent customer service. Restaurant manager responsibilities includes
- Their primary responsibility involves guaranteeing top-tier customer service, proficient food preparation, and a seamless operational process within the restaurant.
- The role of the Restaurant Manager encompasses orchestrating and supervising a team of staff members, overseeing inventory control, and upholding rigorous food safety and hygiene criteria.
- Receive and accurately process customer orders, along with managing payment transactions. (P.O.S)
- Execute the preparation and cooking of food items in accordance with the established standards of Lena’s Roti and Doubles.
- Assure the timely and precise serving of food items, adhering to proper temperature guidelines.
- Maintain an orderly and systematically arranged workspace, encompassing the regular cleaning of equipment and utensils.
- Collaborate in inventory management and proactively replenish supplies as necessary.
- Exemplify exceptional customer service, effectively handling customer inquiries or grievances (Complains).
- Adhere meticulously to all protocols for food safety and sanitation, ensuring a secure and health-conscious work milieu.
- Conclude the cash counter operations at the conclusion of the day and is responsible for preparing cheques for each employee.
- Engage in harmonious collaboration with fellow team members to ensure an efficient and productive operation.
- Consistently uphold the company's policies and procedures without exception.
- Accountable for overseeing the team's management.
- Conduct marketing initiatives in accordance with company policies, including executing branded promotional campaigns directed by the corporate headquarters.
- Ensure the maintenance of hygiene standards and verify the restaurant's full compliance with health and safety regulations.

**Desired Experience & Education**
- Proven work experience as a Restaurant Supervisor, Restaurant Manager, Hospitality Manager or similar role
- Proven customer service experience as a manager or supervisor
- Training and supervision experience for various job responsibilities

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $20.50 per hour

Expected hours: 32 - 40 per week

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
- Weekends as needed

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Mississauga, ON L5N 8J4: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Secondary School (required)

**Experience**:

- Supervising: 1 year (required)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Food Handler Certification (required)

Shift availability:

- Day Shift (preferred)

Work Location: In person
