Alpha Omega Signs Inc. is a key name in the signage industry of Ontario. For over 20 years, AOS has been helping clients all over the province connect to their customers, with the help of commercial signage and billboard advertising services.

At Alpha Omega Signs Inc., we're looking for a new Administrative Coordinator, who will oversee all aspects of the administrative operations at AOS.

The new administrative coordinator will be responsible for:
2. Follow-up on, update, and give status reports on the progress of building permits for various municipalities within AOS' service region.

5. Be responsible for taking all incoming phone traffic and forwarding calls or messages to the respective parties.

6. Keep track of company data, and have the ability to navigate the various websites, platforms, and portals which help AOS function.

7. Administer the BrightHR system for employee clocking.

9. Assisting with occasional duties around the building, including cleaning, organizing, and shipping various forms of letter-mail.

10. On occasion, assist with the processing and filing of various small claims court documents.

11. On request, make payments to AOS' various suppliers, reach out to clients, and obtain documents.

12. Be available to help with other miscellaneous duties, including occasional PC troubleshooting, updating of Outlook policies, account names, and distribution lists.

13. Assisting with scheduling and personal assistance, including a solid grasp of the Outlook Calendar system.

14. Provide task lists, and potentially create work orders for crews, as well as perform light dispatch service for the installation crew.

As the work will concern various parts of AOS' operations, the new coordinator will have an excellent understanding of how AOS functions - both client-side, and internally.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From $16.55 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Front desk: 1 year (preferred)
