**Description**:

- Work in conjunction with the warehouse manager to hit objectives
- Inventory management
- Process betterment
- Keep workplace organized and free from hazards
- Unload cargo from trucks, trailers, and various ocean containers
- Check and put away received cargo to the designated areas
- Pick orders and prepare them for safe transport
- Load cargo into truck or trailers
- Work on same day shipping
- Maintain warehouse in a neat, orderly, and efficient fashion
- Support Supervisor and Managers in developing SOP’s and efficient methods of operations
- Capable of working in a fast-paced environment with time-sensitive deadlines

**Requirements**:

- Forklift certificate
- The ability to withstand lifting heavy weights
- Physical endurance as the job requires you to be on your feet for most of the day
- Basic computer knowledge
- Previous experience as a warehouse team lead
- Geared towards improving efficiency
- Takes initiative
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment amidst constant interruptions
- Ability to safely operate a fork-lift or other cargo moving machinery, common with Warehouse operations
- Proven ability to direct and coordinate operations
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proven ability to delegate tasks and prioritize work

**Vacation**:4 weeks off yearly (2 in the winter, 2 in the summer)

**Description**:

- Travailler en collaboration avec le gestionnaire d'entrepôt pour atteindre les objectifs
- Gestion de l'inventaire
- Amélioration des processus
- Gardez le lieu de travail organisé et exempt de dangers
- Décharger la cargaison des camions, des remorques et de divers conteneurs maritimes
- Vérifier et ranger la cargaison reçue dans les zones désignées
- Préparer les commandes des client(e)s
- Préparer les commandes pour un transport en toute sécurité
- Charger la cargaison dans un camion ou des remorques
- Travailler sur l'expédition le jour même
- Maintenir l'entrepôt de manière soignée, ordonnée et efficace
- Soutenir le superviseur et les gestionnaires dans l'élaboration de SOP et de méthodes d'exploitation efficaces
- Capable de travailler dans un environnement au rythme rapide avec des échéances urgentes

**Exigences**:

- Certificat de chariot élévateur
- La capacité de soulever des poids lourds
- Endurance physique car le travail exige que vous soyez debout la majorité de la journée
- Connaissances de base des ordinateurs
- Expérience antérieure en tant que chef d'équipe d'entrepôt
- Orienté vers l'amélioration de l'efficacité
- Prend des initiatives
- Capable de travailler sous pression dans un environnement au rythme rapide avec des interruptions constantes
- Capable d’utiliser en toute sécurité un chariot élévateur ou d'autres machines de déplacement de marchandises
- Capable d’avérée à diriger et coordonner des opérations
- Compétences organisationnelles et de gestion du temps
- Capable de déléguer des tâches et de prioriser le travail

**Vacances**: 4 semaines de congé par an (2 en hiver, 2 en été)
