**Salary Scale**:Class 5 - $72,911 to $97,212
- Thirty to thirty-five (30-35) days of annual vacation

**NATURE OF THE WORK**
As the Project Manager, your role consists of overseeing and coordinating construction, renovation and improvement projects under your responsibility. The Project Manager assumes the role in consulting services and functional expertise within the scope of the school board's management to promote optimal management of the department. In addition, you will be required to:

- Produce or ensure the production of the technical documents necessary for the planification of construction of new buildings, development and renovation projects of existing buildings;
- Supervise the realization of the work carried out by the professional firms and the external contractors while ensuring its quality;
- Ensure effective and efficient project planning, implementation and management;
- Ensure budget monitoring of projects under your responsibility;
- Collaborate in the development of tenders;
- Participate, upon request, in the consultative process for the development of the Commission's orientations and strategies regarding physical resources and school transportation services and more specifically its sector of activity;
- Participate, upon request, in the development and maintenance of policies, systems, standards and procedures related to its business line and ensure their implementation;
- Ensure that the Board’s rules and standards are respected.

**REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS**
- A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Architecture;
- Three (3) years of relevant experience;
- Proficiency in French, spoken and written;
- Mastery of Microsoft Word and Excel software;
- Experience in planning and carrying out renovation, construction and minor and major maintenance projects
- Be a member of the Ordre des ingénieurs du Québec or the Ordre des Architectes du Québec **(Considered an asset)**:

- Proficiency in English, spoken and written; Master Project software **(Considered an asset)**
