*Job Summary* We are seeking a dedicated Supervisor to join our team. The Supervisor will oversee and coordinate daily activities of workers engaged in construction projects. *Responsibilities* - Supervise construction activities to ensure compliance with safety regulations - Read and interpret blueprints to delegate tasks effectively - Coordinate and schedule tasks for construction workers - Train new employees on proper construction techniques - Inspect work progress and quality to meet project requirements - Manage inventory of materials and equipment needed for projects *Experience* - Previous experience in a supervisory role within the construction industry - Proficiency in blueprint reading and interpreting technical drawings - Ability to perform heavy lifting and physical labor as needed - Knowledge of various hand tools and equipment used in construction - Experience with caulking, carpentry, and general building practices is a plus
