Bilingual Call Center Operator and Administrative

**ACCOUNTABILITY**
Accountable to the Client Services Manager.
**JOB SUMMARY**
**BACKGROUND/QUALIFICATIONS**
1) Proficient communication in both the English and French Language verbal and written.
2) Must have secondary education and 2-3 years’ experience in Customer service and data entry.
3) Proficient in Microsoft Excel (intermediate to advanced), Word (intermediate), Business communications, and/or Time Management
4) Must have excellent organization, communication, and multi-tasking skills.
5) Possess good basic keyboarding skills/experience
**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
**1)** **Receive and respond to incoming calls to Consumer service lines or specific program lines to answer English and French Consumer inquiries.**
5) Enter and track submissions for processing information.
6) Perform outbound calls or call backs to Consumers as required.
7) Maintain appropriate daily volumes of work.
8) Identify and direct any consumer escalations to the Customer Service Manager.
9) Perform other duties as assigned.
