**Job description**

**Conglom Inc. is searching for a, Order Management Clerk responsible for management of orders to ensure on-time shipment. This includes daily communication with clients, merchandising and operations to get and provide updates, minimize delays and resolve issues.**

**Responsibilities**
- **Verify orders**:

- **Handle e-commerce accounts on Commerce Hub and ensure that tracking numbers are generated on time by respecting KPIs, ship/delivery window and lead time**:

- **Help monitor and oversee E-commerce portals by submitting inventory updates, cleaning up discontinued items, updating item info and ensuring that invoices are submitted**:

- **Work with the warehouse and shipping department for various reasons: flipping orders to other warehouses, inventory/stock inquiry, etc.**

**Experience & skills**
- **Familiarity with various computer programs such as MS Office**:

- **Attention to detail**:

- **Ability to work to time constraints**:

- **Excellent written and verbal communication and follow-up skills**

**Responsabilités**
- **Vérifier les commandes**:

- **Gérer les comptes de commerce électronique sur Commerce Hub et s'assurer que les numéros de suivi sont générés à temps en respectant les indicateurs clés de performance, la fenêtre d'expédition/livraison et le délai d'exécution.**:

- **Aider à surveiller les portails de commerce électronique en soumettant des mises à jour d'inventaire, en nettoyant les articles abandonnés, en mettant à jour les informations sur les articles et en s'assurant que les factures sont soumises.**:

- **Travailler avec l'entrepôt et le département de réception pour diverses raisons: transfert de commandes à d'autres entrepôts, demande de renseignements sur l'inventaire/les stocks, etc.**
