**Work Schedule**: Monday to Friday. Additional hours and/or alternative shift patterns maybe required to meet business needs.
**Job Summary**: Contribute to the productivity and efficiency of the body department. Collaborate effectively with the paint department to achieve efficient vehicle flow. Ensure quality standards are met to reduce and eliminate re-work.

**Responsibilities**:

- Restore vehicles to original condition as per manufacturer’s specifications
- Manage work assignments to achieve targets set out by production and parts efficiency manager
- Ensure the achievement of quality standards in restoration and repair, to reduce and eliminate re-work and warranty claims
- Review repair orders to work as efficiently as possible
- Constructively seek opportunities to provide feedback on repair orders to reduce costs or increase revenue

**Qualifications**:

- 310B Auto Body Licensing or equivalent is a plus
- 3 - 5 years collision shop experience, inclusive of apprenticeship Good general knowledge of entire collision repair process
- Able to effectively and efficiently manage multi vehicle repair

**Salary**: $60,000.00-$200,000.00 per year

**Experience**:

- automotive technician: 3 years (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Drivers License (preferred)
- Journeyman 310b or q (preferred)
