Auto Body Painter

Job Overview:
This is a hands-on role that requires mechanical knowledge, the ability to use hand and power tools, and experience in automotive refinish.
This is a position for a experienced automotive painter only If you have a keen eye for detail and take pride in your work, we would love to hear from you.
**Duties**:
- Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and priming
- Mix paint colors to achieve desired shades
- Ensure even coverage and smooth finishes
- Repair minor imperfections or damages on surfaces before painting
- Follow safety protocols and wear appropriate protective gear
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
**Skills**:
- Mechanical knowledge to understand the operation of painting equipment
- Proficiency in using hand tools such as sanders, scrapers, and brushes
- Experience in automotive repair is highly desirable
- Familiarity with power tools used in painting, such as paint sprayers
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail
- Strong communication skills to collaborate with team members and clients
- Physical stamina to perform tasks that involve heavy lifting and standing for extended periods
