Nous sommes à la recherche de cuisiniers pour compléter les équipes de nos partenaires situés au Canada.

Responsibilities (English Portal):

**Sommaire**:
Chez IGA, le cuisinier a le mandat d’offrir en tout temps un service à la clientèle hors pair. Il doit planifier et élaborer les menus en s’assurant de maintenir un haut niveau de qualité et de présentation des aliments. Il doit agir à titre de spécialiste en la matière auprès de la clientèle.

**Responsabilités**:

- Respecte les menus définis par le supérieur hiérarchique;
- Assure une qualité exceptionnelle des produits et ce, tant dans leur contenu que dans leur présentation;
- Planifie la production efficacement afin de produire une quantité répondant aux besoins et ainsi réduire les pertes au minimum;
- Planifie les achats de denrées sèches et périssables afin d’optimiser la qualité des menus, la production et les profits;
- Organise et dirige les opérations des employés de son rayon;
- Innove dans la présentation des produits et dans la variété des menus;
- Utilise sécuritairement les outils et les équipements de cuisine;
- Respecte et applique les normes et procédures de sécurité alimentaire;
- Respecte toutes les normes gouvernementales en ce qui à trait à l’étiquettage et à la conformité des recettes;
- Répond adéquatement aux questions et demandes des clients et les conseille sur les différents produits de son rayon;
- Offre un service à la clientèle exceptionnel, courtois et efficace en tout temps;
- Nettoie et maintient propre les aires de travail, les aires de vente, les outils et les équipements;
- Autres tâches connexes.

**Exigences requises**:

- Vous êtes détenteur d'un diplôme d'études professionnelles en cuisine d’établissement ou vous détenez une expérience pertinente pour exécuter les fonctions du poste;
- Le service à la clientèle est votre priorité;
- Vous favorisez la communication et l'esprit d'équipe;
- Vous possédez de grandes habiletés au niveau de la présentation des produits ainsi qu'en gastronomie;
- Votre personnalité se distingue par votre entregent, votre dynamisme et votre esprit d’innovation.

Qualifications (English Portal):
**Conditions d'accès à la profession**:
Diplôme dans l'industrie alimentaire ou plus de 3 ans d'expérience avérée dans le domaine.
