**About**:
Reporting to the Director NA Business Intelligence & Salesforce Effectiveness, the Analyst, Salesforce Effectiveness will perform market data and sales activity analyses in order to make strategic recommendations that will contribute to the development of our market intelligence around our business partners' environment and research new products and industries.

**Responsibilities**:

- Support senior management in improving our value proposition.
- Participate in the development of the business intelligence ecosystem.
- Optimize data analysis across our various systems.
- Participate in CRM evolution and deployment.
- Support sales management to increase the efficiency and productivity of our sales force.
- Maximize sales force deployment.
- Determine and track KPIs, conversion ratios, ROI on various business development initiatives, etc.
- Develop management tools for sales managers (e.g., setting sales targets by territory, meeting targets for sales force, operating rhythm, etc.).
- Participate in various market analyses.
- Participate in the development of various business models.

**The profile we are looking for**:

- Bachelor's degree in business administration, business intelligence, strategy, finance or related field.
- Master's degree in business strategy/business intelligence (an asset).
- Bilingual (French and English) in order to serve our internal and external clients across Canada.
- Knowledge of Sales Force and Power BI (an asset).
- Proficiency in MS Office suite.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to synthesize information.
- Excellent research skills.
- Initiative and autonomy.
