**Overview**:
We are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented **Host/Hostess** to join our team. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service and creating a positive dining experience.

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet guests with a warm welcome and seat them accordingly.
- Manage reservations and walk-in guests efficiently.
- Provide menus and communicate daily specials.
- Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization of the dining area.
- Answer phone calls and take reservations with professionalism.
- Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations.
- Address guest inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in a hospitality or customer service role is preferred.
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members.
- Knowledge of Point of Sale (POS) systems for order entry and payment processing.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Excellent phone etiquette and guest service skills.
- Passion for providing exceptional service in a restaurant or hotel setting.
- Willingness to assist wherever needed to support the overall guest experience.
- Familiarity with food service operations is a plus.
