**Job Summary**: We are seeking a friendly and organized Host/Hostess to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, setting the tone for their dining experience. Your primary responsibilities will include greeting guests, managing reservations, and ensuring a smooth flow of service.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Greeting Guests**: Welcome guests warmly and promptly, making them feel comfortable and valued.
- **Managing Reservations**: Handle reservations, phone inquiries, and walk-in guests efficiently.
- **Seating Guests**: Assign tables based on availability, guest preferences, and server workload.
- **Maintaining Cleanliness**: Ensure the host/hostess area and entrance are clean and presentable.
- **Communication**: Coordinate with the kitchen and service staff to ensure timely service and address any guest needs.
- **Handling Wait Lists**: Manage and communicate wait times effectively, ensuring guests are updated.
- **Providing Information**: Answer questions about the menu, specials, and restaurant policies.

**Qualifications**:

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Experience in a customer service role, preferably in a restaurant setting.
- Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $16.55 per hour
