- Do you have experience in parts, supply-chain, purchasing, office management, receiving? With the right attributes, attitude and skills, this could be a match made in heaven.

Recon is FFUN’s newest division. We’re tasked with buying, transporting, reconditioning, photographing and distributing used vehicles to our network of stores. And we are looking for a Parts Coordinator to join our growing team. Check out some of our awesome work

**What you’ll love doing**:

- Receive and manage the flow of parts: receive parts in PBS (our Dealer Management System), generate purchase orders, fill order bins, complete returns and move units within steps of Rapid Recon (our reconditioning platform)
- Maintain a clean and organized parts room.
- Conduct monthly audits
- Balance and close repair orders
- Assemble inspection and repair paperwork
- Request bills of sale and notify Quality Control when a unit is ready to ship
- Enter technician hours into repair orders
