*Duties*
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to meet company objectives
- Oversee all marketing activities, including digital marketing, advertising, and promotions
- Lead market research efforts to identify new opportunities and consumer trends
- Manage the marketing budget effectively
- Collaborate with product management to ensure alignment between marketing strategies and product offerings
- Utilize analytics to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns
- Drive webbased initiatives to enhance online presence and sales, manage/oversee social media content/posts/ SEO etc. Assist in website content development
- Develop and secure relationships within eight hospital-based locations
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices
- Attend marketing events conferences, and host services
- Support executive team efforts in securing contracts and new sector development
- Support executive team development in identifying ideal expansion locations/clinics

*Requirements*
- Proficiency in Google Analytics, HTML, and other relevant marketing tools
- Experience in budgeting and financial management within a marketing context
- Knowledge of therapy and healthcare sector; possesses an existing portfolio of contacts
- Ability to analyze data and draw actionable insights for decision-making
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and strategies

We are a group of 3 interdisciplinary companies, Innovative Occupational Therapy Services, Innovative Kids & Teens, and Critical Trauma Therapy. Together, we're committed to making a profound difference in people's lives. Our services span across Ontario in all demographics, from pediatric to geriatric, addressing a range of impairments and disabilities. We support a variety of sectors including the Ontario auto-sector, WSIB, LTD, and Veteran's affairs. We support various public sector contracts for youth and seniors. Finally, we have expansive growth in the private medical sector and various medical services. We have expansive clinics inside two major Ontario hospitals. The future is bright and growing

Pay: $110,000.00-$250,000.00 per year

Additional pay:

- Bonus pay
- Commission pay
- Overtime pay
- Signing bonus

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

**Education**:

- Bachelor's Degree (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Marketing in relevant healthcare sectors: 5 years (required)
