Quayle’s Brewery is a farm brewery nestled on 87 acres in the picturesque rolling hills of Oro
- Medonte. As an independently owned and operated establishment, we offer a unique destination experience for guests who value community, a farm-to-fresh approach, and a desire for knowledge. Our team is customer-focused and thrives on collaboration. With two floors of indoor seating, a spacious outdoor patio, and a charming beer garden, our brewery provides a welcoming atmosphere for all. All our beer is brewed on-site, utilizing key ingredients sourced from our property. Our on-site kitchen features a seasonal menu showcasing local ingredients, including produce from our garden, and is equipped to handle small catering and group functions. We also cater to special events such as weddings, parties, and corporate gatherings, in addition to hosting outdoor artisan markets, cycling events, and themed gatherings tailored to our diverse range of guests, from pet lovers to cyclists, with live music offered daily.

**Purpose and Objective**

As a Cellarman team member, your mission is to assist our brew team with cleaning, packaging and troubleshooting. The Cellarman team member will follow Quayle’s Brewery standards to ensure that products are of the highest quality and is a strong team player.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assisting the team on brew days
- Ensuring quality assurance
- Assist with tank transfers and filtering
- Assist with canning, bottling, keg and barrel filling
- Troubleshooting equipment problems within the brewery cleaning and sanitizing brewing equipment
- Maintaining storage spaces and FIFO procedures
- Proper handling of chemicals required for sanitization and cleaning of equipment o Understanding and practicing all internal safety standards
- Being an everyday ambassador for delicious Quayle’s beer

**Who You Are**
- Strong team orientation and ability to work with a variety of departments to accomplish assigned tasks.
- Ability to stand and perform repetitive motions for extended periods of time
- Experience in a production environment preferred; experience with brewing an asset
- Passion for all things Craft Beer with a focus on the local community o 19 or older
- Good troubleshooting skills
- Enjoys working under pressure and at a fast pace
- Excellent communicator, personable, warm and friendly with a professional appearance
- A problem solver with attention to detail
- Good organizational skills
- Ability to work both independently and within a team, with mínimal supervision o Able to handle chemicals and follow cleaning and sanitizing protocols
