Tour Reservation Executive

RESERVATIONS AGENT
**Job Opportunity**:

With our ‘Tours & Adventures’ business adapting and growing with the ever-changing tourism industry, we require our Reservations Team to facilitate the promotion, sales and reservations of Landsea Tours & Adventures products and services. Reporting to the Reservations Manager, you bring passion, integrity, adaptability, and work well in a fast-paced environment.
**A day in the life of a Reservations Agent**:
- Communicates and works closely with Reservations Manager on a daily basis
- Complete tasks assigned by the Reservations Manager
- Ensure daily responsibilities are completed
- Accurately records guest reservations for all Landsea Tours & Adventures products
- Maintains comprehensive telephone coverage
- Provides personal and a high level of customer service
- Fulfills and coordinates last minute requests and reservations
- Keeps knowledge current regarding tour details, schedules, pick up times & hotel locations
- Works with other employees and management to prevent & solve problems as they arise
- Follows through on customer inquiries, requests & complaints to the satisfaction of the customer
- Elevates customer service issues to management when required
- Establishes rapport with hotel concierge, front desk agents, tour companies, etc.
**What you bring**:
- Some experience working in a sales/customer service environment
- Superior Customer Service Skills
- In-Depth Vancouver, Whistler and Victoria Knowledge
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and active listening skills
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Base understanding of the destination travel/tourism industry
- Organized and detail oriented with thorough follow-up skills
- MS Office skills: Word and Excel
- Proficiency with Mac OS
- Team Oriented
- A pleasant phone manner
