En tant que Coordinateur des Ventes et de la Chaîne d'Approvisionnement, vous jouerez un rôle essentiel dans la coordination des activités de vente, tâches de développement de produits, et de gestion de la chaîne d'approvisionnement au C3. **Responsabilités**:

- **Coordination des Ventes**:

- Assister les équipes de vente dans le traitement des commandes et le suivi des ventes.
- Répondre aux demandes des clients et fournir un service clientèle de qualité.
- Collaborer avec les départements concernés pour résoudre les problèmes liés aux commandes ou aux livraisons.
- Suivre les performances des ventes et préparer des rapports pour la direction.
- **Gestion de la Chaîne d'Approvisionnement**:

- Surveiller les niveaux de stock et coordonner les réapprovisionnements en fonction de la demande.
- Planifier les expéditions et organiser les livraisons en temps opportun.
- Communiquer avec les fournisseurs pour passer des commandes et suivre les délais de livraison.
- Gérer les retours de marchandises et traiter les problèmes de qualité ou de non-conformité.
- **Collaboration et Communication**:

- Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les équipes des ventes, des produits, de la production et de la logistique.
- Communiquer efficacement avec les clients et les fournisseurs pour garantir la satisfaction des deux parties.
- Partager les informations pertinentes avec les parties prenantes internes pour assurer la coordination des activités.
- **Optimisation des Processus**:

- Identifier les opportunités d'amélioration des processus de vente et de gestion des stocks.
- Proposer des solutions pour optimiser l'efficacité opérationnelle et réduire les coûts.
- Participer à des projets d'amélioration continue et mettre en œuvre les meilleures pratiques.

**Exigences**:

- Diplôme universitaire en gestion des opérations, logistique, commerce ou domaine connexe (préférable).
- Expérience professionnelle pertinente dans les domaines des ventes, de la logistique ou de la chaîne d'approvisionnement.
- Excellentes compétences en communication écrite et verbale bilingue.
- Capacité à travailler efficacement dans un environnement dynamique et à gérer les priorités.
- Maîtrise des outils informatiques et des logiciels de gestion de la chaîne d'approvisionnement (ERP).
- Sens aigu de l'organisation, de la résolution de problèmes et de la prise de décision.

As a Sales and Supply Chain Coordinator, you will play a vital role in coordinating sales activities, product development tasks, and managing supply chain operations within C3. Your ability to juggle multiple tasks, attention to detail, and organizational skills will be crucial in accomplishing your duties successfully.

- Assist sales teams in order processing and sales tracking.
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide quality customer service.
- Collaborate with relevant departments to resolve issues related to orders or deliveries.
- Monitor sales performance and prepare reports for management.
- **Supply Chain Management**:

- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate replenishments based on demand.
- Plan shipments and organize deliveries in a timely manner.
- Communicate with suppliers to place orders and track delivery timelines.
- Manage product returns and address quality or non-conformity issues.
- **Collaboration and Communication**:

- Work closely with sales, product, production, and logistics teams.
- Communicate effectively with customers and suppliers to ensure mutual satisfaction.
- Share relevant information with internal stakeholders to ensure coordination of activities.
- **Process Optimization**:

- Identify opportunities to improve sales and inventory management processes.
- Propose solutions to enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs.
- Participate in continuous improvement projects and implement best practices.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field (preferred).
- Relevant work experience in sales, logistics, or supply chain management.
- Excellent bilingual written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment and manage priorities.
- Proficiency in computer tools and supply chain management software (ERP).
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
