Mr. Lube is Canada's leading quick oil change provider and we are seeking a dedicated and experienced Automotive Service Manager to join our team in Calgary, Alberta. As a key member of our management team, you will oversee the daily operations of our store, ensuring exceptional service delivery and customer satisfaction.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage day-to-day operations of the Mr. Lube shop, including scheduling, inventory management, and customer service.
- Supervise and lead a team of automotive technicians, providing guidance, support, and training as needed.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and fostering a positive work environment.
- Monitor and optimize shop performance, including sales targets, service efficiency, and profitability.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a management position within the automotive industry.
- Strong knowledge of automotive maintenance and repair processes.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering high-quality service.

**Salary**: Up to $64,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
