**Responsibilities**:

- Greet customers and listen to their concerns.
- Inspect vehicles for damage and document findings.
- Provide customers with accurate estimates of repair costs and time frames.
- Advise customers on preventative maintenance and repairs needed.
- Schedule service appointments and coordinate with technicians.
- Maintain customer records and document all services performed.
- Answer customer inquiries regarding services, products, and policies.

**Salary**: $41,600.00-$52,000.00 per year
