**Collections Agent**

**Responsibilities**:

- effectively communicate follow up outcomes for each account using industry specific software
- analyze data from system generated reports to identify account issues
- Review debtors list with management to highlight any problem accounts
- Other duties as assigned.

**Qualifications**:

- Post secondary education (college or university)
- Strong communication skills with clear command of conversational and written English
- Strong working knowledge of MS products
- Positive attitude and good phone manner
- Knowledge of Transportation industry would be considered an asset.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $42,000.00-$46,000.00 per year
