**Qualifications**:

- Education and or experience in exercise programming required.
- Previous experience working within a clinic setting as an Exercise Assistant for 1-3 years would be an asset.
- Personal, friendly demeanor with excellent relationship-building skills.

**Key functions and responsibilities**:

- Work cooperatively with clients to set and achieve functional goals.
- Administrative duties, as required including scheduling, client screening, phone tasks etc.

- Collecting outcome measure data
- Maintenance, cleaning/sterilization of medical and exercise equipment, and clinical supplies.
- Inventory of management clinical supplies
