**OTHER REQUIREMENTS**
- Must have reliable vehicle and drivers license.
- Must have working cell phone with data.

**BONUS SKILLS**
- You have experience prepping and painting interiors and exteriors.
- You have experience working on ladders and are comfortable working at heights.
- Previous experience overseeing projects - managing people, resources, scheduling et cetera.
- Previous experience with airless spray techniques & trouble shooting.
- Previous experience and/or certification for working on aerial work platforms (boom lifts, scissor lifts et cetera).
- Cabinet refinishing experience.
- Painting certifications (MPI, Red Seal, et cetera).
- Other trades experience - drywall repairs, carpentry repairs, et cetera.
- Experience with fall arrest, scaffolding et cetera.

**Compensation**:

- $20-$35/hr with substantial bonus opportunities.
