Le titulaire sera responsable d’élaborer des stratégies de recrutement à l’appui des objectifs de dotation organisationnelle. La personne devra mettre en œuvre des stratégies d’attraction de talents afin de combler les offres d’emploi adaptées aux postes assignés.

**RESPONSABILITÉS**:

- Discuter avec la direction et les gestionnaires pour déterminer les besoins de recrutement.
- Élaborer des plans et des stratégies de recrutement efficaces.
- Organiser et exécuter des stratégies de recrutement dans les collèges.
- Planifier et coordonner des entrevues en collaboration avec les gestionnaires d’embauche.
- Vérifier les références & faciliter les tests de pré-emploi.
- Gérer l’offre d’emploi, y compris la négociation et l’administration.
- Veiller à ce que les aspects réglementaires du processus de recrutement du cycle complet soient conformes aux normes.

**EXIGENCES**:

- Baccalauréat ou diplôme d'études universitaire en ressources humaines ou tout domaine connexe.
- Minimum de 3 ans d'expérience en recrutement.
- Connaissance des normes de travail et bonne compréhension des politiques et procédures de l'entreprise et du service.

**COMPÉTENCES**:

- Connaissance des principes généraux du recrutement.
- Connaissance des systèmes et outils de dotation.
- Bilingue, donc excellente maîtrise du français et de l’anglais. (oral et écrit)
- Maîtrise de la suite Microsoft Office. (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio un atout)
