**Greensky Games is looking for a Producer to join our team**

Are you a trailblazer in the gaming industry, eager to take on a new challenge? Greensky Games is seeking a pioneering spirit to join our team and help bring VR into the mainstream. As a game producer, you'll have the opportunity to create groundbreaking immersive gaming experiences that push the boundaries of what's possible on any other platform. You'll be part of a mission to redefine what a "game" is and bring a new gaming experience to a whole new audience.

You’ll oversee the development and launch of cutting edge gaming projects, collaborating closely with clients, talented creative teams, and colleagues bringing innovative ideas to fruition. This isn't a job for the faint of heart, you'll need to be our fearless leader, full of moxie, able to navigate the unpredictable waters of gaming and any obstacle that comes your way.

**Call of Duties**:

- Work with project leads to define and delineate project requirements and milestones
- Build and maintain project backlogs, roadmaps, schedules and documentation
- Coordinate the work of cross-functional development teams to manage features and content from idea generation to in-game implementation
- Manage the prioritization of tasks, bugs, design iteration, and user/tester feedback
- Anticipate and address potential problems like resource blockers, quality concerns, and scope changes. Communicate effectively to ensure these problems are resolved quickly
- Coordinate play tests with our Discord Community Manager and communicate results to project leads and the development team

**Unlocked Abilities**:

- Experience working on at least one released game
- Experience coordinating and/or managing engineers, artists, and/or game designers
- Ability to create, track, and maintain schedules across multiple teams or sub-teams
- A deep understanding of game development processes, project management, and agile development methodologies
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills
- An internal drive to keep team members working efficiently and effectively toward project goals
