Maintenance and/or general handyman work including but not limited to painting, minor drywall repair, ceiling tile installation, carpet and ceramic tiles repair/installation, HVAC and minor carpentry, annual inspections, lock troubleshooting and repair, etc. and other duties as required Responsibilities Maintain a positive working relationship with all customers. Maintains good work habits Works independently to meet deadlines and achieve results. Performs other related duties as required. Requirements Able to lead a team of building maintenance personnel Proven skills and abilities in maintenance and facility repairs Strong organizational, decision-making skills Ability to work under pressure Must have car and valid driving license.

**Salary**: From $22.00 per hour
