Basketball Coach

**Job Title**: Youth Basketball Coach - Girls U15 Development Team (Flight Basketball Program)

**Location**: Victoria, BC
**Commitment**: September - November (Twice a week + Travel to Vancouver)
**Compensation**: Competitive, with travel expenses covered

**Responsibilities**:

- Plan and lead two training sessions per week in Victoria.
- Coach the team during games, focusing on development and strategy.
- Travel with the team to Vancouver for weekend games (expenses covered).
- Cultivate a positive, team-oriented atmosphere for the athletes.
- Maintain clear communication with players, parents, and the Flight Basketball Program.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous coaching experience, preferably at the youth or high school level.
- Strong leadership, communication, and motivational skills.
- A passion for youth development and basketball.
- Commitment to the full season (September - November).
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel for games.
