**About the Position & What You’ll Be Doing**:
This position will be based in Toronto and You will report directly to the Country Manager, Canada. Travel of up to 15 - 20% annually is to be expected.

**Tasks include but are not limited to**:
Providing product and software training for iLOQ’s sales force in Canada and onboard channel partners and end-users/customers

Continuously develop and update training materials (content, documents, processes etc) and follow up with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the successful implementation of solutions

Manage and coordinate information sharing with Technical Managers in other countries.

Conduct market research to assess and prioritize the necessary integrations with existing software platforms in the Multifamily housing, Residential and Commercial segments to ensure successful ramp-up and time-to-market

Function as the main contact for all IT-related matters (internally and externally)

Provide technical product sales support including quotation, contract, and RFP management, terms of conditions including various complex technical inquiries from customers

Collaborate cross-functionally and globally with stakeholders in R&D, Product Management, Supply Chain, Sales, Marketing, and Services

Continuously contribute to developing channel partners and ensuring customer satisfaction and Net Promoter Score (NPS)

Keep informed on industry news and trends, products, services, competitors, relevant information about legacy, existing, and emerging technologies, and the latest product-line developments.

**What We Expect from You**:
Minimum 5 years of related professional experience, with at least 3 years as a Trainer of Technical Products, ideally within a similar product sector: EAC, A.I, Door Entry, Locks, Locking Systems, Access Control, Smart Locks etc. It’s great if you have a technical degree but it’s not a requirement.

Strong project management skills and experience working cross-divisionally, and internationally with multiple teams including outsourced integration engineering firms

Robust understanding of modern mobile technologies and platforms and the latest trends in digitalization, particularly electromechanical digital solutions

Extensive experience in Information Technology (IT) especially API

Experience in product management, R&D, or sales is preferred

Experience in multichannel sales serving different types of customers and industries is a big plus

Proficient in MS Office, especially PowerPoint

Exceptional customer service skills

Excellent English communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written

Structured mindset and work methodology, with strong attention to detail

Positive attitude and ability to work well with other departments, product centers, and regional offices

Analytical with an affinity for complex problem-solving and time-management
