Kitchen Supervisor

This role as a Kitchen Lead requires individuals who are passionate about food preparation, customer service, and maintaining a clean kitchen environment. If you enjoy working in a dynamic setting where teamwork is essential, this position offers the opportunity to help lead our team at this community recognized restaurant and grow your skills in the culinary field.
**Responsibilities**:
- Prepare food items consistently and adhere to all recipe standards.
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and responsibly.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Assist with inventory management and stock rotation.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a kitchen is preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions.
- Willingness to learn and take direction.
- Confidence in leading the team on shift and giving direction once fully trained
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $16.75-$23.00 per hour
